I would not recommend this location. Even though my wife went to college with the owner, he still tried to charge us $2600 for air conditioning repair that only needed a $2 valve replaced which the place two doors down did for free. Hopefully, the owner will not feel good about the thousands of dollars that I spent there previously. And will do something good with the money besides buy a rolex to feel good about yourself. This business and ownership lacks integrity and basic business acumen. Do not go here. You have been warned. If they will rip off their friends and family, you don't have a chance.

Mr. *****, First, and most importantly, I would like to thank you for business and your trust in us to keep your family's cars up and running over the past several years. I was not aware that you had brought your car in for AC repairs, so I had to do some research to find out what actually transpired. Your 2015 Mustang was blowing warm air with the AC on. On 9/16/21 we ran a diagnostic and found that the refrigerant was low or non-existent. We vacuumed the refrigerant system, noted that it was not holding a vacuum for a specified length of time and filled the system with the correct amount of refrigerant with a dye to identify a leak(s). Using a black light, we noted no visual leaks, so we ran tests with a leak detector or a "sniffer" first outside and then inside. When we ran the detector through the inside of the cabin refrigerant was noted, especially in the dash vents. This is an indication that the evaporator is leaking. The repair for this is to remove that dash assembly and replace the evaporator core which is the $2500+ you mentioned. We have a video and a JPEG of the diagnostic on file that shows the "sniffer" at the vents and indicator lights illuminated registering the high level of refrigerant identified, however, it would not play to this web site. I believe it is only a matter of time before the refrigerant continues to leak out through the evaporator and needs to be recharged again. When it becomes apparent that the evaporator needs to be replaced, I ask that you request BBB remove this post. Thank you.
