      I paid almost 1000$ to obtain a title that was lost over 6 months ago i have not received any response and my messages go unanswered now they are not even receiving my calls

      This bond was completed and ******* is not accepting it , we have reached out to ********** to see what choices we have since dealership on face of title is no longer in business . 

      I have spoke to this customer last week .and this week he has called ******************************************************************************************** another customer to leave a message . 

      We are at a waiting point with this one based on what ** says and once we have that confirmation we will let him know.

      I paid fast track for replacement titles in may 2022 for vehicles I purchased at auction. I canceled one of the title apps and have not received my refund totaling around 600. Dollars as of 6/7/23 and I am still waiting for one title that cost around 250. Dollars. I have called, left voice messages and have text messages between us. My vehicles tag is way out of date and ive received a expired tag ticket and I cannot update my vehicle registration/tag until they complete my title application. They owe me a refund and a title.

      He did received a check for ****** for the refund on the title he cancelled 

       

      the other one We have told him several times he does not have POA to apply for the duplicate out of ******* and he would have to filed a court ordered title out of LA state , we cannot commit fraud on behalf of him 

       

      Our company does not offer refunds if cancelled we will allow a credit towards another or partial refund do to the cost incurred trying to get the title , and time , they pay for the service not the title . He has already been refunded in full on one and will not the other , we do expect to be compensated for our time and effort , he could have reached out to myself and I would have handled it

      Concerning seirra title/ refund.

      Ihave not received or cashed a check from fast track title. What address was the check mailed to and what date?

      Concerning mustang duplicate title

      on 3/23 fast track said they were pending title in house. The only update they sent was on 3/28. It said

      ( refund on denali sent)

      and ( I just reached out to ******* on mustang)

      They never told me I did not have poa to get a duplicate title or what I would have to do to obtain one. I have used text messaging to communicate so info is documented and dated. The few times they answered the phone they said they were working on it and would text back. They never give me detailed information, instructions or responses to these matters. I abide by the laws and paid for services never received and No detailed info was ever given to me on either situation. so there response statement that ends saying they cannot commit fraud on my behalf, insinuates that I have committed fraud..so for the money compensation they received, they should send me a certified refund check on the seirra. Provide me with detailed instructions on how to get my mustang title. since they cannot obtain it and said they told me several times what to do then this should easily resolve these matters leagaly.

      I contacted this company in June 2022 for a duplicate title from the *****************. I was referred to this company by ******* auto auction so I assume this was a reputable business. I understand the situation my take time to resolve. I would contact fast track titles periodically over the last 12 months and I received the same answer. We will contact the ***************** to see whats going on and I never received an update . A year is an unreasonable time frame .For a duplicate and If fast track title is not able to secure the title I would appreciate, if they would notify me and process a refund instead of keeping me in limbo.

      I pain this company to get me a lost title on a **** chevrolet on 9-1-21 in the amount of $695.00 several months went by and no title kept giving me exuses.. finally i ask for my money back.. they agreed to but cant get them to send it .. told me endless times it was sent? then ask to send it via vemo.. never did.. endless phone calls and emails the just ignore me.. not wanting to pay the refund??? please let me know what to do.. **** ************
