            Still waiting on a title for a 2009 ******** from October 2022 its May 2023 she keep giving me the same excuse that my title is next I already paid the last $300 bucks and still dont have a title ??????

            Good Morning , 

            I would need ,ore information to look at accounts we do not keep the account how this complaint looks I would need a full vin number , but I believe after my research that this title was ordered from ******* and was rejected and the n ordered from the appropriate State , once a rejection comes it takes a bit and research to get the other state title. We cannot commit fraud on behalf of a customer to get a title he lost in the first place . We have to do our due diligence on each title that comes in and that in itself takes a bit , If we  are unable to get the title we always offer a customer to file a bonded title I have spoken to this customer and at no time has he said he wanted to do that nor wanted a refund .
