I took my 2022 ram **** in for a tailgate recall and it had a funny noise. I did have a insurance issue because I use it as a commercial truck and it took a little over a week to settle that and I did tell them prior to that to go ahead and take it apart so we can figure out what was wrong with it. After we got that situated they decided to or try to order the parts which I gave permission for and it took him a week to get those and they still didn't start on the truck for another 4 days when they started on a truck which was Thursday of last week is what I was told which would be May 9th and they did call me in after they tore it apart with some other issues and I really think they missed. Stated a lot of it but that's beside the point then they ordered some more parts for some other damage on rocker arms and push rods and I was under the impression that it was going to be done on Tuesday cuz they called me the next morning and told me that they were going to start to work on it and find out. They told me that the truck would be done or close to being done by Tuesday of this week the 15th of May. I get a call this morning saying that it's maybe ready by Friday which is almost a month and a week from the day that it was delivered to the dealership. That's way beyond ridiculous. I also had an issue with another truck a year and a half ago with the same kind of issue. They blow smoking lie to you and it took them over a month to get a rear end put in my other truck. This dealership has very bad honesty problems and I don't think that anybody ever does anything about it. I think they're a bunch of crooks
