Impossible to speak to a person. NEVER answer the phone. App doesn't work. I need to access legal services now, not next week or whenever they feel like getting back to me. I absolutely cannot deal with poor customer service from a employer benefits provider. I would rather leave my company for another to get access to a real insurance provider. What a joke. Cannot believe I pay for this.

I was contacted several times as they say. More like harrassed. After the first call, when they told me they couldn't help me with local lawyers in the same county of my state, I no longer needed to communicate with them.

I was going through a legal situation and the legal insurance I'd been paying for through my employer did not have attorneys in my county.

As I said they continued calling. Then they had the nerve to contact the HR department of MY EMPLOYER to inform them that they were "concerned about me" and to tell them that I HUNG UP on them.

I AM LIVID. How dare they try to leverage my employer against me in a bid to improve their BBB rating.

This company would attempt to adversely affect my employment because I dared to review my experience with them and then chose not to answer any of their incessant calls AFTER I filed this complaint. They did not answer my calls when I needed them, but were able to find time to harrass me when their review rating was on the line. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Their services are substandard in my opinion, when compared to real insurance companies. They are a low cost alternative for smaller businesses looking to save a buck on employee insurance.
