If I could give this company a zero I would. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone. We called on Sept. 9, 2023 to schedule a detail and it was confirmed for that Sunday. Well, unfortunately the appointment time came and we had no communication with anyone. We placed several calls to this company and to no avail for at least 2 hours, the finally someone responded back to us through text messages stating that they had vehicle problems with their trailer and they were transferring all of the equipment to another vehicle and would be on their way. Well, that never happened and then we received another text stating that they would be at our home by 12, well that time can and left with no one arriving. Finally, a text came through from DJ, stating that he was the owner and would be at our home within 15 min, now by this time it is now 3:00pm, the original appointment was set for 9:00am. Sad to say that DJ didn't answer his phone for us until 4:00pm because he never arrived and stated that he was lost. When he finally tried to arrive to complete the detail we had to leave because our entire day was wasted waiting on such an incompetent company and trusting the service. The next day we received a text message stating that they apologize and they do no run their business in such a manner and wanted to offer a free detail. So we scheduled the detail in hopes of giving them another try as well as trusting them again only to get the no show and nothing but lies again first asking us if we could push the time back, then stating they were short handed, then they were on their way to us. We tried calling and no answer and they never showed or communicated. Very awful and company, not reliable, no communication and extremely poor management. The owner of the company was no better than the employee that we confirmed and scheduled the original appt with. We do not recommend this company at all.
