Customer has brought her vehicle in with an "intermittent" problem with we have not been able to duplicate. Our technician has driven with the customer as she has tried to recreate the problem. He has separately driven the car on other occasions in an attempt to recreate the problem. Unfortunately, we have not been able to recreate the issue. We have connected the vehicle to our scan tool which will help us diagnose any code/issue stored in the car's computer. As explained to Ms. ******* her videos, while appreciated, don't help us define the cause. We will find the problem and fix it. And we will continue to provide a loaner for her until the issue is resolved.
In reference to the scratches, Ms. ****** is aware that we initially tried to "touch up" the scratches she described. Upon her inspection, and consequent dissatisfaction of the touch up repairs, we immediately ordered a new rear bumper cover and will replace this at no cost to her.
I want Ms. ****** to know we value her and appreciate her concerns. We will continue to work to alleviate her concerns.
