First off let me say this facility is ran by unprofessional and incompetent people. Last night was my first and last party at ***************************************************. My daughter had her 13 birthday there and unfortunately someone stole money out of her birthday card. The host is questionable, I did my due diligence and called the cops because the manager was rude and wasnt getting back to me in a timely manner. The host gave my daughter back an empty card with no money. After she asked where is my money she stated there is cameras everywhere. I dont care what anyone says an employee knows where to go and not be seen. My point was our party was from 5:30-7:30pm and we went bowling first and sat the card down. We left and the host gave me the bill. Then proceeded to clean our area in preparation for the next party. So she seen the envelope addressed to my daughter it said Brie. She gave it back to her at 7 right before we were getting ready to leave. Not the parent but a child. So I waited for the cops while I waited the manager proceeded to tell me one of the girls stole the money. Putting it into there bra and that she didnt see anything on camera. The cop called me later that night and stated the host opened the envelope but didnt take the money. Why would she open something addressed to someone else. Shes looking for something right? Then she waited over a hour to return an empty envelope the cop didn't see anything but that doesnt mean it didnt happen. Im disgust with the company, so someone (manager) took my daughter to get a plush toy. Who couldnt confirm or deny if his employee stole from my child since I called the law. I feel like something else shouldve been done. I was giving a different companys corporate number. Im not even sure its even the same entity as main event. I should sue this company for the manger blaming the kids and going as far saying the put it in their bra that defamation. I will never return and I see why its rated F.
