Vaccines multiples given in March 2024 are not documented for two kids. In September 2023 documentation was done in Polio vaccine which was not given. False documentation . ******** false billing and documentation.Initial Complaint

This Medical System gives racist, I have 3 children and they each go to different locations due to bad experiences at each one. Today we visited ***** location our appt was at 10:45 when we went to the check in desk the lady there called my daughter a CHICKEN (what's your chickens name), we were not called to the back until 11:30 during waiting people who were not black who came after us was seen, more than 2, by 11:45 and not Even seeing a Dr I step out the room and ask about the DR, by 12:20 we leave due to no one seeing us. I go to the front desk ask for the corporate info to complain and asked for a way to complain in English (because on 2/19 this exact thing happened to my other daughter at the Carrollton location for her appt, an hour later not seen but Hispanics are coming and going and the *** goes completely Spanish after navigating so far) the girl offered the office manager, I advise that I didn't want to speak to her because of she's there and we've been waiting this long then she's apart of the problem, then **** the office manager comes, I asked for the corporate number to complain (again, I already asked at 11:30 when I asked about the holdup) she began speaking rude so I resolved let me record this because i like your attitude, she began telling to leave because cameras are not allowed, I told her that since I hadn't started recording, I'd like to get the corporate number so that i leave, started asking me my child's name (what difference does it make, I just need the info to complain, she kept asking them finally asked the girl who's desk she was at, then have me the number to scheduling ************ and Said her manager is ****************** and refused to give me contact info for her, afterwards I did call her a *****, she told me I'd be getting a letter but honestly after experiencing this same thing at different locations more than one, I didn't want my kids MD with racism while trying to be cared for. This place will end up with a discriminant suit!Initial Complaint

After a lot of miscommunication on the clinics end, after multiple visits with providers from this clinic today's date is 10/10/2022 and I STILL HAVE NOT been taken care of and my son STILL IS WAITING to get the CORRECT referral sent over. I keep getting lied to that it's been sent over and then someone else says it has not, I'm confused as to way they are treating my son's health as a joke and lightly. This used to be such a great clinic but has went down so bad recently. The referral department needs more training and basic respect to their patients and their health. I keep being told "their sorry and give them days and it will be fixed" this is absolutely unacceptable, the procedure my son needs is to rule on CANCER, GOD FORBID IT IS CANCER and they are giving me the run around for more than a month. I need someone higher up above everyone I have already spoke to , to contact me ASAP and get this right. something so simple could of been done so fast and easy has became a nightmare to even get done. PLEASE FIX THIS AND MAKE THIS RIGHT.
