    1. Poor design in plant selection. They recommended and planted many colorful items, but rabbits ate 95% of the plants. They knew we had a rabbit problem and ignored the problem. 2. Planted in December; most plants did not survive into Spring. Their warranty is worthless as it barely covers 3 months. 3. Paid hundreds to remove lawn grass in new flowerbed using their recommended machinery. Worthless as the flowerbed has more grass than where this was not done. 4. Border edging done in unprofessional manner. It was crooked and tie-down spikes installed on outside instead of instead of flowerbed. 4. Spent thousands of dollars and has to now be redone.

    Mr. ******* I am sorry you are unhappy with the service the team at AMA Landscape and Design provided to you in December 13th of 2021.

    I took the weekend to research what materials and services we provided at your home.

    I found in 2019 that we did the original landscape installation and design on your new home at that time. You and your wife were very proactive on the choosing of the plants and materials used.

    I also found on April 11th of 2019 a service call was put in on a few items which we promptly took care of for you.

    Now bringing us to the current situation, I have found that reading through the emails that once again you and your wife were very proactive on choosing what plants and materials were used on your landscape.

    On November 18th you sent an email in stating that the design had met your expectations and are happy with the end results. In that same email you requested a discount on the Benda Board, Hardwood mulch and the warranty.

    On November 29th an email was sent to you were AMA discounted the Benda Board and Hardwood mulch at our cost and we extended your warranty by an additional 120 days.

    On December 1st 2021 everything was approved on the design and proposal provided to you at which time you sent in your 50% deposit.

    Mr. *******, you and your wife ****** actually chose many of the plants that were installed in your landscape and approved by you. We unfortunately cannot control what plants rabbits choose to eat or not eat.

    We installed this on December 13th 2021, your original 3 month warranty would've taken you to March 2022 but then we extended that warranty by an additional 120 days which then took your warranty to July 2022.

    Looking through all emails and phone correspondence plus speaking with your designer there was not one word from you regarding any issues. If you would've called your designer or would've sent an email in we would've gladly gone to take a look and come up with an agreeable solution like we have done in the past. But instead you have chosen to publicly put in a bad review without giving AMA Landscape and Design the opportunity to resolve any problems.

    Even though you have chosen to wait so long as to say anything we will still be happy to meet with you and address your concerns.

    I'm not sure what the point of inventorying our relationship going back to the end of the last decade. In regards to the last job you did for us:
    1. We are not landscape designers and experts in plant selection. That's why we hired your company and relied on the designer's expertise. Those recommendations looked good on paper, but proved to be terrible decisions. Your designer should have taken care in selecting plants which were not highly attractive to rabbits (as we asked). At the least, she should have given us warning and advise.
    2. Your initial warranty was for 30 days and we negotiated very hard to extend it to 90 days (bringing it to early March). You refused to extend it past that date, so your statement about the warranty extended until July is wrong.
    3. You did not respond to point #3 about the poor work your crew did in removing the old grass in the flowerbed.
    4. You did not respond to point #4 about the poor work your crew did in putting in the flowerbed edging.
