DO NOT use this company for your kitchen renovation!!! This was worst experience weve ever had working with a contractor. Their vision is great, the rendering of your space is impressive, the quality of the cabinets is okay, and their price was reasonable. Beyond those positive attributes, the rest was a NIGHTMARE. The vents, windows, other doorways were not protected with plastic, and our ENTIRE house was covered with dust. Every piece of furniture, windowsills, blinds, shelves, plants, bookshelves, walls, door frames, sofas, rugs, etc etc. The plumber drilled a 2 hole through the 4 support beam, which supported 3 cross beams of our roof line. This compromised the integrity of the entire roof, and had to be redone 3 times just to pass code requirements (which we had to research and insist upon them re-doing).There was a stack of garbage in our garage and in the yard for the entire duration of the project. **** was supposed to order cabinet hardware and wine fridge, but he didn't and we had to order these ourselves and pick up from *********** They mis-measured several things, failed to order several items, ordered wrong items.**** was very unresponsive to any questions or concerns, seemed to have washed his hands of the whole project once it got started. We had to clean the house ourselves, we had to install the appliances ourselves, had to install the outlets, light switches, and pendant lights ourselves. **** worked with many other contractors and subcontractors to do various projects, and Ive never seen such incompetence before, ever. Our calls, texts, emails were totally ignored they couldnt seem to schedule or complete the simplest of tasks. It is truly mind-boggling the level of ineptness. Bottom line is please dont consider hiring this company worse experience ever, and you will have endless and continuous stress and frustration.
