I regretfully have to leave a negative review for this business. It's also unfortunate that it's a black owned business in which I was attempting to support. I paid for services in which I did not receive due the the unorganized and unprofessional business owner dropping the ball. Summary of events: Scheduled second session with Danielle for 5/19/22. She canceled/rescheduled the appointment due to a family matter. I understood and agreed to reschedule the appointment for 5/26/22. She then confirmed the new appointment via text on 5/19/22 for 5/26/22. I then inquired if I would receive an email confirmation like I did the first appointment. She responded, "changing now been booked". Afterwards, I never received the email confirmation. However, per her text the appointment was confirmed. 5/26/22: Showed up for appointment. Unbeknownst to me she had no idea that I was coming. She stated that I was not scheduled for an appointment in which she scheduled. She proceeded to tell me that she was currently with a client and I could either wait or turn around and go home. When asked about a refund she shared with me that there are no refunds per policy. However, I'm BOTH cases she dropped the ball. SHE canceled/rescheduled the initial appointment and when I arrived I was experienced a nasty, disrespectful, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Danielle. It's understandable that things happen and no one is perfect. However, Danielle, was SUPER TACKY, took no accountability, and was RUDE to me as I, THE CUSTOMER, didn't hold up my end of the deal. Danielle needs to understand that her customers assist her in her growing business. It's okay to admit when you're wrong, but one should ALWAYS try to make things RIGHT!!! By no means, will I EVER use her services nor refer anyone to her. Word of advice, be careful who you burn, bc one person could either catapult you or destroy you. Learn empathy, take accountability, take ownership, apologize, and make things right when you can.

It's very disheartening to see your behavior. The date that was set for our session was my sons band rehearsal. You agreed to change the date. Then changed your mind on wanting the date you changed it to. When someone already booked it online. You showed up on the day when you did not receive an email or text confirmation of the appointment. You cannot change your mind like that. Even though you did change your mind. It was a 30 min session. AND YOU CHOSE TO LEAVE ON YOUR OWN. I WAS NOT RUDE NOR DISRESPECTFUL TO YOU. I UNDERSTOOD HOW FAR YOU DROVE. When I said I would be done at 730pm. By 731pm you pulled off.

You then tried to report my business as fraud to the bank. And since it it professionally set up with an EIN AND DBA & registered by the state. And I showed proof of all information. And appointments. THE BANK DENIED YOUR CLAIM. So now you are resorting to this.

I will not address any negative name calling. Nor negative comments towards myself or my business you are listing above. This is your 2nd time doing this to another business owner. If the bank AGREES and does not give you your refund. Why are you resorting to such TACKY BEHAVIOR. I am a kidney transplant with leukemia running own business. My empathy is just fine ma'am. This is very upsetting to see you went this far instead of getting your session.
