I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by MATTE BLACK PAINT AND BODYWORK regarding the repairs to my vehicle, JEEP CHEROKEE which was brought to this facility for repairs following an accident. I am highly disappointed with the quality of work performed, as well as the subsequent handling of my concerns. The insurance company paid the shop $3,600 (he promotes 50%/100% waived deductible) for the necessary repairs, and my vehicle was in their possession for six weeks. However, upon receiving my car, I noticed several issues indicating a substandard job: Inadequate Repairs: The repairs were not completed correctly, and some issues have not been addressed at all. Lack of New Parts: Despite the claim and the payment for new parts, it is apparent that no new parts were used in the repair process. Poor Paint Job: The paint job on the vehicle is below acceptable standards, with visible imperfections that suggest careless workmanship. Furthermore, when I approached them to discuss these issues and seek rectification, I was met with dismissive and dishonest responses. They have made false claims regarding the nature of the work done and have refused to offer a refund or make the necessary repairs to correct the issues. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also unethical.
