Patriot Pool and Patio installed what I initially believed to be my dream pool. Unfortunately, this was only true for a short time. While ******* was attentive and professional during the payment process, issues began to surface within a month of the pool's completion. We experienced our first leak, and many more followed. Alfonsos leak technician only works on Sundays, so each time a leak occurred, the pool would continue leaking for a week before it could be addressed. Although the initial leak was located and fixed, we waited over a week for the hole to be filled and cleaned up, with no communication during that time.Since then, leaks have recurred every 2-3 months, each time causing damage to the paver patio. Alfonsos response times grew longer with each issue. After the fourth leak, the pool began to shift and lean. When we expressed our concern, ******* dismissed it as "normal ground shift."Recently, we discovered a major leak, and after waiting two weeks, the technician found three separate leaks. ******* quoted $1,200 to fix the first, $800 for the second, and $600 for the third. We reluctantly paid $600 to have all the leaks repaired, even though we felt it was not our responsibility. However, after filling the pool, it began leaking again almost immediately. Now, our pool is misaligned by over 4 inches, and the water level cannot reach the appropriate height without running out of the overflow. Additionally, the leaks have caused damage to our new porch.We consulted two professional pool companies, and their assessments were concerning. As a result, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and will be reaching out to an *********** cautious when dealing with *******. Despite his initial smooth demeanor, the quality of work and customer service has fallen far short of expectations. This matter is far from over.
