This investigation was prompted by consumer inquiries asking BBB to verify the location of this business, as once money was sent to the company, all contact with the consumer ceased. After investigation by the BBB on the address, it was determined that www.companionpugs.com was not located at the address supplied to the consumers. Later in July, 2019 a Scam Tracker post prompted the BBB to investigate wwww.brighthousefrenchies.com. Address for this company was the same as www.companionpugs.com. On August 20, 2019, BBB confirmed that the address the business is using is that of a private citizen not associated with either of the two businesses. BBB does not know where the businesses are physically located. BBB urges caution when choosing to do business with a company whose physical address is unknown.
