Our gas water heater would not stay lite. The water heater which the previous home owner had installed is a subpar off brand, which we had problems with while under a home warranty. The warranty company did patch work repairs instead of replacing the water heater, leaving us without hot water for over a month. Now that the warranty has expired and I am able to utilize a legitimate company I contacted JL Hearn Plumbing and they had someone out the same day. The appointment was scheduled for between 2:00-4:00 pm, but *** called and said he finished a call early and checked to see if he could arrive earlier than scheduled. *** and ***** arrived and quickly figured out the issue. We are still in need of a new water heater, but *** was able to do a temporary fix and got it working. He gave me a quote for a complete replacement that is in line with many other companies advertised prices, and I have time to get the money without causing undue stress. I selected JL Hearn because they have been in business over 13 years and only have 1 complaint on the BBB website, the show their plumbing license number which allowed me to go to the Texas State License website to find they are a legitimate company and have no formal complaint or actions against them. The other companies, more complaints and/or problems at state level. I will continue to use JL Hearn plumbing because of the professionalism and courtesy *** and ***** showed while at our home.
