I ordered and paid from within the app. I arrive and got to the window to get my food only to be told that they were out of the jalapeno biscuits so I asked for refund for that portion only to be told I would have to have refund processed by calling 800 number. I have called and spoken to someone 7 times and still have not gotten my refund yet! this is outrageous and I want my money back please. order #:27269394. date: 08/23/21 @1:18am. total: $14.64.Business response

We placed an order for delivery on 09/17/2021. Our entire order was wrong with every item missing that we payed extra for. An item was also undercooked and inedible. I reached out that day and was told I would be contacted back. I have since called again and have herd nothing back.Business response

On October 15th I place an online order for curbside pickup with the temple location. Upon arriving there was no way to check in for curbside pickup and I had to go into the store in order to get my food. I then had to wait in line in order to get to the register and was then handed my beverage cups and was informed that they do not have curbside pickup at this location. After waiting 20 minutes in the store for my food got back to the house going through our order the kids meal had no chicken nuggets and no fruit snacks so that was incomplete my daughter received a plain hamburger instead of the ************** that was actually ordered. The Swiss burger had jalapenos added to it which made it an edible and no avacado. We were missing the fries from 1 meal. I even called the store and I was told that because it was an online order they could do nothing unless I wanted to drive back up to the store. Which was ridiculous I had a child to feed. I was been told that our refund can only be done through the app. I attempted to do this refund through the app but it would not allow me so I then called customer service home opened up a claim. I waited until the 19th because I have not heard from anybody and was told that they were working on it and escalated it because I had not heard anything from anybody. I called back on the 21st because on the 20th I was told that I would hear back from somebody within a few hours that didn't happen. I then called on the 21st and on the 22nd as well it is ridiculous that it has now been 65 days and I still have not heard from anybody on this claim. The fact that I did not receive merchandise that I paid for is theft they have had ample time to correct this issue and have thus far refused to do so. Excusses of why no one is calling back and empty promises is all I am getting! I want a full refund of ***** back now when I originally called I just wanted a refund for what is missing however, it is not important enough for them!Business response

I placed an order via mobile app with Whataburger on October 15 for curbside delivery. Order number ******** for $37.52. Upon arriving I had to go into the shop wait in line and waited 20 minutes for our food. We got home and found: 4-piece kids meal was missing the 4-piece chicken Bites as well as the fruit snacks! The Bacon cheese Whataburger was only a basic burger and no fries The mushroom Swiss burger has jalapenos on it which made it not eatable And the ***** melt was missing the bacon I called the store and they said they could do nothing do to it being an online order! I then called the customer service line and filed a claim for a refund. I was told that a full refund would be given, and they would contact me back. To date no contact from them has been received. I clearly did not get the food I ordered! I have called them several times and they are fully aware of this issue! October15, 2021, October 19, 2021, October 21, 2021, October 22, 2021, December 20, 2021 and Janruary 25, 2022. This is completely rediculous as per their customer services people they have no time frame to give back refunds. They took my money and failed to give me my items i paid for. Umm that's theft! Refusing to contact people back to rectify an issue is a disgrace. Don't bother stating call customer service because I have and you refused to respond and give me my refund!!!Business response

Order #********.....Date of transaction: 9/05/2021.....Total amount: $17.95.....Nature of dispute: refund request.......On 9/05/2021 I ordered food through the Whataburger app for a curbside pick-up. My order was never brought out to me even though I checked in within 5 minutes of placing the order. When I inside the restaurant a 3rd time to retrieve the order, it was finally given to me but all of the food was cold and the fries were hard. I contacted Whataburgers customer service **** repeatedly (via online complaint form and customer service phone number), no less than 5 times and requested a refund, but no one has ever contacted me back and the issue has never been resolved.Business response
