              On September 18th, I placed an order for a customized jersey (Order #*****) on spursfanshop.com. After reviewing the details, I realized there were some errors in the specifications, so I decided to cancel the order and reorder with the correct specifications.The next morning, I called their customer service team at ************ while the order was still in the "awaiting fulfillment" status, which means it could still be modified or canceled. However, to my surprise, they declined my request. The representative told me that once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. They advised me to wait for the jersey to arrive and then apply for a return which is not guaranteed. However, as per their store policy, customized items are non-returnable.I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. First, it is unreasonable not to allow cancellations for an order that has not yet been fulfilled. Second, the attitude of their customer service representative was poor they were not helping and acting irresponsibly.I kindly request to cancel my order immediately and issue a full refund, given that the order is still in a modifiable status.

              Dont order from this company. After ordering for a gift for my child, I got a notification that it was ready for pick up. Too bad its in ***** and I live in Michigan. Picking up an item wasnt even an option when ordering so I dont believe this to be a correct or honest issue why I havent received my order or tracking number. The company initiated the shipping issue prior to me calling. They then told me it would be 5 days for a response. I called again, now they say its 16 days before a response and there is nothing I can do in the meantime. *** asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one is not available. I purposely ordered directly from the licensed company to avoid issues like this from a 3rd party. Had I not called I would have received no information about my order. So Im stuck waiting for a birthday gift for my child that wont arrive on time and they have my money. Reordering it again hoping this is an isolated issue Im terrified I will just be twice the amount of money without an order and my initial money will be gone completely.

              While "In-Store Pick-Up" has been an option on our website for a year, we value our customer's feedback and will look for ways to improve the use of our shipping/ pick-up options and reduce any confusion.

              Regarding the customer service experience, we have met with our customer service team and re-emphasized proper protocols. In speaking with our customer service team, we've re-asserted the need for urgency in addressing and resolving customer concerns. Through this discussion and ongoing re-training, we aim to ensure future customers have the best experiences.

              As part of our commitment to remedying this matter for our customer, we have expedited the shipment of this order. We want to continue to work with our customer to ensure a satisfied resolution and regain their confidence in us.
