I would recommend that no one does business with ADL Health. I tried their ***** Home Collect Test Kits twice and had miserable experiences both times.I ordered two Home Collect Test Kits from this company (one for travelling to a different country and one for travelling back from that country). I received the test kits in a timely manner, the instructions were clear, and everything seemed good. Then I tried to take the kits and send them in, and that was where the problem arose. I took the ***** test, packaged it properly, and sent it in to a *** Store as directed by ADL Health's instructions. Unfortunately, *** had a delay and couldn't get my test kit to their laboratory on time. I would like it to be known that I discovered that there was a delay by checking the *** tracking and calling ADL Health myself. I don't know if I would have known that my test kit wasn't going to make it on time if I wasn't being proactive myself. So after that happened, I had to scramble to find an alternate ***** test. The test that I found in my area was extremely quick and efficient. If I had looked at these options sooner, I never would have used the Home Collect Test Kit.But I already had a second Home Collect Test Kit, so I figured it was a fluke and it probably wouldn't happen again when travelling back home from out of country. I was wrong, and it did indeed happen again - another *** delay. So once again, I had to scramble to find another way to get my test results so that I could leave the country. After some research, I found another quick and efficient solution. The bigger problem is that ADL Health does not provide refunds when this happens. I acknowledge that the problem comes from ***, but one of two things should happen from here:1) If this is a very uncommon problem, they should be able to provide refunds. They can get their money back from *** by making a claim, so they will only lose money on the test kit itself. Considering that they charge over $100 per test kit, the profits from successful test kits should more than cover the cost of the test kits that get delayed.2) If this is a common problem, they cannot afford to give refunds, and probably should not be in business. This is what I think the case more likely is, given by the fact that they don't provide refunds when *** gets a delay. My suggestion to everyone looking to use this company is: don't. Find a better solution. Look at any and all local options before using a test kit that you have to ship. And if you have no local options, try and find a company that is more willing to give a refund if something goes wrong, because this company 100% won't. And the fact that they will not give refunds, makes me think that they have A LOT of delays when trying to send these Home Collect Test Kits to their laboratory. I will never use this company's services again and I recommend that everyone else looks elsewhere.
