I had the water softener installed on Friday, August 30, 2024. The owner of the business told me that I would be getting (quoting her words) a 3000 Regulator Series System. This system is a ****** grain capacity system. It is able to clean and process ****** grains of your water hardness. The system counts the flow and gallons of water as it goes through the system at a rate of 20 grns of hardness. This means ****** grn capacity/20 grn hardness = ***** guns of water is able to process through the system before reaching total capacity. Once capacitaded, the system will automatically initiate a Regeneration process. The days in which this will occur are dependent on the *** of water you are using. However, the system Regenerated after only 646 gallons, not ***** as ***** the owner said. The system regenerated at 646 gallons NOT at ***** as *****, the owner said. The owner came to adjust settings on 20 September. The problem I have is that I am now NOT getting ****** grains at a rate of 20 grains of hardness. She adjusted it to be ****** grains/18 grains of hardness, instead of ****** grains with 20 grains of hardness. I am NOT getting what I was told I would be getting and what I paid for! There is NO meeting of the minds and I want my money back. They can come pick up their equipment and refund my money. Or she can exchange the equipment for one that will actually do what she said her system would do otherwise she is selling equipment under false pretenses, not to mention the horrible customer service!
