    This company takes advantage of its customers and then blames the City or plumbers. We were told after the softener leaked resin beads into our system that it was because the City messed with our water pressure but we hadn't had any issues until this happened. After calling a plumber because we didn't know it was the softener, we talked to the company and was told that the plumber would be covered and they would send a tech out. We were never once told to tell the plumber to stop once they realized what was wrong and I called. We were never told that this wasn't covered under warranty. We were told to continue with what we were doing and a tech would be coming out to look at the machine. A week later, all of a sudden, it's not their fault and they aren't going to cover because we hired the plumber before calling them. We explained multiple times that we didn't know the issue until after the plumber had came and we called them the moment we knew and we were told to continue and let the plumber do what they needed to do. Now we are stuck with a $3,200 plumbing bill and being told by this company that we should have called them first and they would have taken care of it. HOW ARE WE SUPPOSE TO KNOW IT WAS THE SOFTENER WITHOUT THE PLUMBER COMING OUT? I wish we had never done business with such a terrible company. They take advantage of new homeowners to get their products into their brand new homes and then blame everyone else when their machine breaks.

    I never receive complaints of this sort so it's startling to me that I have to deal with this situation.

    Our system comes with a lifetime warranty.

    The only days that all of our employees are  off are New Years day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

    Said client contacted us on July 3rd. They are first time home owners. My service manager informed them we would be there to service their system on July 5. We have never or ever will offer to pay another's plumbing bill should they choose to to use any other outside source. Our staff handles all of our service issus.

    She, of her own admission hired this plumber. After we informed her that we would be by, she continued with the plumber she hired.

    They are now asking me to pay the bill of someone we never referred them to or recommended them to call.

    We continually strive to fulfill excellence in everything we do.
