I do not recommend this company. That is an understatement. The remodel started out great at first. But they requested draws before completing the projects which were to be included in the previous installments. Dropped tiles or tools in new bathtub, resulting in 4 deep chips in the acrylic and made no attempt to fix them. Many electrical outlets arent wired correctly. I have an electrician here now fixing the wiring mess. Front door has to be forcefully lifted in order to lock the bolt lock. Front door k*** falls off. Theres a 1/2 gap in the top corner of the front door. The interior door k**** were placed on the wrong doors. New windows, texture and paint, but failed to complete two window seals. Closet doors trim were not drilled out and no strike plates installed in order to latch closet doors. Kitchen cabinets were left incomplete. They did not properly wash the grout off of the shower tile, and a lot of grout cured onto the tile. And I do not mean a grout haze. We had to pay another stone contractor to strip the tiles. They used two different colors of paint on interior trim. In many instances it is very noticeable, as the two different colors were applied in the same rooms. They started out with a ******* color that we chose, and at some point they switched to a Behr paint but the color match is obviously not a match at all. There were many excuses as to why they couldnt come finish the job. Six weeks solid of no progress. Said the crew was deported, then said the crew all quit. And more excuses. Finally we got our own concrete crew independent of this contractor, and this contractor showed up but not to perform any work, but only to provoke the concrete crew and make a scene. When we told this contractor to leave, he refused. We called the police and set what few tools they had outside at the curb. Now our new contractor is carefully documenting and providing a detailed description of all the mess this company left us with as he is doing the repairs.
