              I stopped by this Medical clinic {Westside location} to pay a bill and was not welcomed. The Caucasian females sitting behind the front counter was giving me the evil eye as soon as I walked through the entrance door. A Caucasian male employee in a high tone of voice verbally stated he was waiting for his wife to come out of the little boys restroom. Very unprofessional. The doctor Mr. **** did not have permission to become my PCP seeing that I canceled the new patient appointment due to discriminative behavior from the Caucasian employees. This location added that doctor to my medical insurance profile illegally. I immediately advised my medical insurance carrier of this situation. I will not go back to that location.
