We moved from Colorado in March 2021. Our house wasn't ready, we had to stay in a hotel for 5 weeks while ***** ****** " finished" our house. I was up against the wall as far a moving in from my moving company. I felt forced to move in even though the house was not ready. Now in December 2021 the house is still not ready. We have had problems with the air conditioner, that wasn't even hooked up, the water heater was leaking, during the rains in May, my yard on the east side of the house sunk into the creek below. It needs a retaining wall. There was some rye grass that was planted to help with that, but when it rains hard, sod still breaks off and I'm afraid I'm going to eventually lose that side of the yard. My cabinets in the kitchen are not hung properly. Painting still needs to be done. The drain in my tub in my bathroom is corroded, so is the shower drain. I don't have a door for my shower yet. Exhaust fan in the 2nd bathroom never has worked, The porch in the back is not finished. The anaerobic sewer wasn't finished when we moved in. The 4B Environmental Inspector SVC came out and looked at it and was not happy. A sewer company came out twice to empty it before it was fixed. So many things never got finished. I am an elderly female taking care of a disabled brother. I call him numerous times, and he never comes out to finish any of this.
