      my visit took a turn for the worse when my son went to try to receive his complementary pizza, as membership holder we went to the concession stand for his complimentary pizza. After the young man taking his order abruptly walked away without explanation, another staff member came out to take his order he asked if my son if he had a card to pay for a drink, which I did because they couldn’t accept cash something about they did not have a cash draw. When I inquired about my son’s pizza, I was told the pizza dough had an issue, and he could only have popcorn. I asked to speak with a manager, which he disregarded and proceeded to assist the customer behind me . I went to find the manager who explained that they had lost half their food due to freezer problem but gave the option to substitute for cotton candy because they are waiting emergency food he also could not give timeframe for when more pizza would arrive But my kids could have cotton candy instead. Which confusesed me because when I went back to the concession stand I could see them preparing pizza in the back and could see things like wings and french fries on another customers table. I reapproached to explain to ***** what the manager said and he offered no acknowledgment and dismissed me, which left very me irritated. After speaking to the another manager this time, who noted her friendship with *****, I pointed at ***** to show her who I was talking about and he waved at me with a smile and I ask him to come near us so we could discuss the issues but he refused to engage or come over to address my concerns and proceeded to walk off again and go to the kitchen . Despite her going to speak with him, I never received further communication. Frustrated by the overall lack of assistance and consistent issues during my visits, I want to cancel my membership and be reimbursed for this month. this experience mirrored previous problems we’ve faced and I don’t want to Continue business with this company.

      I join their membership for a year for my grandson, a Christmas gift from last year. They have been receiving an auto draft from my checking account for $17.28 monthly since Nov 2022 to now and today I have another deduction which this should have ending last month Dec 2023. My grandson may have gone four or five times this whole year. I emailed them back in Aug asking them to cancel my membership. It took weeks before I heard anything back. Received an email saying they couldn't find anything on my account. In the emails I gave phone numbers and address for them to contact me. They never did and only would reply with email they can't find anything but for a whole year they been able to deduct from my checking account. I want this membership cancelled and I think should receive a refund for their lack of customer service and not following up.

      The manager is unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. They have several complaints on the ******** page and here and don't seem to care at all. The water bottle policy is unsustainable and ridiculous when temperatures in ***** are at heat advisory levels, especially when people have small kids. They are clearly struggling in business when they're watering down hand soap and telling people to buy water or go outside for a drink. Also, they contradicted their own policy by telling people to go to the car for water when customers can not return once they've gone out. I hope a $2 plastic water bottle is worth alienating paying return customers. We will not be back.

      I would never recommend joining. I did what I was supposed to do to cancel my membership. They end up sending back an email that said we are offering you another deal, we will continue your membership until you decline. I didnt see this email. They continued to charge me for two more months. I asked how my email wasnt clear. I stated cancel my membership. I told them my kids are too old. She said that older kids like to play. I said not mine. She said I like to play. I said good for you. You can go jump around with the kids. I told them they should have called me when they didnt hear from me. They said they have two many people to call. They just want to be sneaky and continue to make money off of you until you catch it. I told them to cancel my membership AGAIN and pay me back. They refused to pay me back, because they didnt hear from me even though I was very clear that I wanted my membership cancelled. I asked to speak to someone above her. She said I make all of the decisions in the membership department. Crazy how I managed to get the person over all of the membships to answer my phone call. I dont believe it. Its a tacky way of saying they still arent going to do anything. They just want your money, and dont care about their customers. I guess since I was canceling they dont care anymore. Thats some dirty policies. BEWARE if you do join. You better tell them 5 times you want to cancel.

      We joined the Urban Air membership 4 months ago because it "seemed" like a great deal. Fast forward 4 months and I have one child in cheer and gymnastics and the other in competetive soccer and football and we have absolutely no time to use the membership. Urban Air refuses to cancel a membership for the first 12 months!!! It is in the very fine print that no one reads. If this had been noted in a more up front and obvious way so that I could make an informed decision on whether I wanted to join for a full year, then no problem. I am a single mom and public school teacher with a monthly payment to a place I can't use. This is a terrible business practice to take advantage of people. I would have gladly just paid the full price to come without a membership had I known. They advertise the membership all over when you try to buy day passes and I fell for it. What a scam.
