We hired this company to build an office suite and update and improve our kennel area. There have been several issues, such as paint peeling off, 3 of the entry way doors leak almost every time it rains, the chalking around the windows looks horrible, the kennel dog doors do not fit, they are too small, and they have fallen apart the first week we moved into the building. Before we started the project there where 2 musts, one being the kennel dog doors needed to be efficient and they are clearly not because they do not fit. Inman will not admit their mistake and they will not fix it either. The 2nd was that the paint in the kennels had to hold up to the wear and tear of the dogs and from ** cleaning. The paint started peeling the first week we place the dogs in there. The door to our large dog kennel area would not shut properly, when we called it in, we were accused of someone hitting it. ( it's a metal door) The door company came and looked at it said it was a manufactured defect, they replaced the door but told us we would have to paint it ourselves. One of the pipe fittings froze due to it not being insulated, but they told us it was our fault because we must have had a hose hooked to it. We did not, we had to move our dogs to the old building because the kennel dog doors do not fit and it was to cold to leave them in the new building. We took the hose with us when we moved the dogs. So not only are they not honest, the do not acknowledge their mistakes. I do not recommend this company for any of your building needs. The job they did for us was very poorly done and we are so disappointed.
