This is so sad that you can not talk to a soul. What do l do now? I been trynna get in Contact with someone since Aug 2024. The box that is installed with the panels have some kinda damage around it and l have roof leak. I had to pay a roofer to come out and look up there cause l have a 2 story and cause see where the leak was coming from. Then they asked me to put in a work order. I roofer contacted me and never showed up for the repairs. I still have the leak and have to wait on my roofer to come back out to seal the roof leak. I call and all l get is a recording and this is so not fair. I put in another work order and still waiting on a reply. I just want the roof fixed and return the panels.

Do not get Solar with Lumio. From the beginning, they lie up their a** Right after getting panels installed we had constant issues with the panels not working. Constant issues getting ahold of someone. Our panels didn't work for so long that in December of 2023 we were promised a solar rebate of over $1,000, since we continued paying on our loan when they weren't working. We were told it was being processed and we would receive our rebate within 6 months... 11 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO REBATE. AND NOW THEIR PHONE NUMBER GOES TO VOICEMAIL. I AM PISSED!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL.

As most people here who have been duped by a crooked salesperson we must add to the list of complaints. I will keep this brief because I am still debating on if I will be hiring a lawyer or not. This company needs to be shut down permanently??The salesperson who no longer works for the company named ******* flat out lied to my family and I and told us that the panels were government funded and would be supported by our local electric company. He made it seem as if getting these panels would save us so much money and would be free of charge. We later found out not only are we responsible for paying our existing electric bill we are also being billed by a company called *******. They purposely rush through the contract and purposely withhold vital information like the fact that these panels cost over $100,000 which I have never heard of a day in my life. If they were honest upfront about the cost of the panels there is no way I would have let that crooked salesman in my home which is why they LIE!!! This company prays on elderly people and people who just arent knowledgeable about panels. Not only this they have recently sent 3 packages to my home in which we did not place an order for. I reached out to customer service was told he escalated the concern to a supervisor just to realize the representative named ***** has completely blocked me from emailing him again regarding this matter. I have attempted to call the ****** found customer service number and it appears they have turned their phones off or is never in office during the listed business hours. This company is BEYOND shady, they lie and cheat to gain customers. How many more complaints do we need to submit to have this business investigated and shut down.

This company never returns emails, phone calls and it is very hard to get them to do the work. Messages do not get passed on to managers or if they do the managers do not care to respond. This summer they completed a re-install of my panels and did not bother to call in to have the job inspected per my village's requirements. Today and last week I tried to call and now it just goes to voicemail. This is so disappointing because the solar panels themselves work excellent. The customer service not so much. The original company *** did great selling the product but lied about the solar refund from the government which is actually a rebate only if you qualify. Most middle income people I spoke to did not qualify. So... do your homework on the companies selling and installing solar and get the whole facts and reviews about them. Solar good, some companies bad.

This is ridiculous we have waited 3 months to get this solar inverter replaced and it still hasn't been done. They keep saying they will come out and fix it but they wont. They were supposed to be out today between 11pm and 12pm to install and fix it and its 508 pm and they havent come out lumio is a godamn scam their customer service is freaking ridiculous do not go with lumio to buy solar there is no point they dont fix anything or seem to care at all!!

My solar system has been out for over a month. Right after ****** hurricane I was told to call back in a week, so I waited an entire week. When I called back I was told they knew of the problem with one of my systems not working and that it would take time to get someone to look at it. I have been calling leave messages no one ever calls back. Now if you call, all you get is a recording.I have had so many issues with these panels and issues with this company for the last 3 years. I am so disappointed, cause paying for the panels and the energy bill is no fun. The cost is worst then I have ever expected. I thought going with solar would be a savings, it has never been in the case.I wish I had never been introduced or made think that it would be better saving. Not a chance and I would never recommend Lumino even good customer service is not in their agenda. I gave a star in order to be able to post my review, there should be a no star selecting.

If I could give negative stars I would. They don't deserve 1 star. I had Lumio put solar panels on my home 3 years ago. At that time they put in a new electrical panel & immediately after I lost all power in my home. I've lived here 22 years & have never lost power but they told me it wasn't there problem. After daily phone calls & contacting the *********************** they finally sent a group of young men out who fixed the problem. I am selling my house soon & I have been calling customer service for over a week so I can get paperwork showing the new roof/panels that I paid for. I HAVE LEFT 3 MESSAGES & NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL ME BACK!! This is the most unprofessional, shady company I have EVER dealt with. They got my $76,000 & ran! ***************** company! You've been warned!

Our solar has been out for 4 weeks now and still cannot get someone to come look at it. We have called multiple times to see when we will be put on the schedule and been told every time it will take 3-4 weeks before they come out but here we are 4 weeks now and I just found out our case hasn't even been assigned to a technician. The sales guy was great to work with but the support from this company is ridiculous. We referred multiple people to our sales guy but we will no longer suggest lumio for solar, their treatment of customers after the installation is shameful. We've had solar in the past and anytime there was a problem with the system someone was out within 1-2 weeks, The customer support and technical support for lumio truly is below par.

Worst customer service ever! My micro inverters have not been working since April 2024. I have called, texted, and emailed Lumio every week for months. I get a response that they are trying to find a technician in my area (********, *****). I am frustrated beyond belief. Our house is on the market and I cant get this issue resolved. Who is going to buy a house with solar panels that dont work??Lastly, my electric bill keeps going up. Not only do I have to pay higher electric *****, ** paying for solar panels that dont work.Buyer beware! Stay away from Lumio.

When my Lumio solar panels were to be installed they told me they would have to cut down a tree in my yard. They charged me $1500.00 to cut it down, however they didn't touch the tree. I am still paying for that. They have refused to take that off my bill! This has been ongoing for over 2 years. They never call you back. On top of that I was promised that if we decided to sell our house that they would remove the solar panels for no extra charge. Not that it is time to sell my house they are refusing to remove them! They tell me I am stuck with them since they have filed bankruptcy. It is ridiculous! I left one star because I had to. I would leave none of I could.
