Purchased my keyboard back in Feb. Feb 5 23 to exact, and I’m having issues with the I button putting an r after it every time. I received a reply to try a few thing and they didn’t work. Emailed them back several times to let them know that, and have heard nothing. Note I did purchase mine through eBay new. Items has one yr warrantyInitial Complaint

The company took payment from me and did not provide product. I previously filed a complaint with BBB and the company responded, saying there was some delays in production. Then, it appears that company sold off assets.Initial Complaint

I purchased a BRYDGE PRO DOCK - Thunderbolt4 Macbook Docking Station on 1/26/23, which promised shipping by March 2023. I took a screenshot of the order# confirmation at the time, but I never received a email confirmation from Brydge. My credit card was charged on 1/28/23 for the full amount, but I never received the product ordered. When I realized the product had never arrived after many months, I went to brydge.com to find my tracking info - only to find the website is no longer available- 404 message. I find this very unprofessional having to go out of my way to hunt down how to get a refund from a business that no longer has its website up and running is sketchy at best. Very disappointing. Any respectable business who cannot fulfill an order or has a delay in shipping usually will contact their customers and offer a refund if they cannot finalize their end. I want a full refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased the Brydge Pro Dock in February of 2023. We had some initial engagement via email support (***************************) but then that email stopped working. In any event I should have -- by their estimation received the product in March but here we are at the June and not only have I not received the product but all means of contacting the company have evaporated. The listed phone number here is out of service, the email support returns as an invalid email address. I would like the product but at the very least I need to get refunded.Initial Complaint

On 12/12/2022 I placed an order with Brydge (Order# ******) in the amount of $390.24. This was a preorder for a product that was promised to be launching within a few weeks. I have yet to receive my product, and all attempts to contact Customer Service has been met with silence. I would like to get my money back.Initial Complaint

Original 10.2 MAX w/trackpad and otter box Jan 2022. Latches broker on the unit. Unit was replaced Sept 2022. March 2023 comes and latch broke again. This unit remains on a table and is only opened and closed. What can you do for me? Can you fix it, replacement? If not who repairs these units.Initial Complaint

Never received the product that I pre-ordered on December 31, 2022; and now I can't get any response from Brydge Technologies. I paid in full up front as well. The original expected delivery was in January of 2023, then I reached out when it wasn't delivered and was told to expect it in mid February. It is now June and still nothing. I received a Brydge Air Max+ wireless keyboard and case for an iPad Air as a Christmas gift in Dec. 2022. In January 2023, the keyboard was giving me issues and not functioning correctly. I contacted Brydge for resolution. They were slow to respond, but eventually requested that I ship the device to them for repair or replacement. I sent the device on 3/13/2023. Brydge will no longer respond to any communications and has failed to provide a replacement device. Multiple attempts to contact Brydge have gone without success. The support e-mail for this company is no longer in service and they do not have contact information on their website. This company is a fraud and has not provided adequate technical support for their device.
