Our internet and phone service has been mostly unusable starting February 1/2022. We asked for help but they said they could not find the problem remotely. A few days later they sent a tech out who said they found a weak signal but claimed there was interferance at their tower area. He told us to get another provider because they claimed they were unable to provide us with the service we had paid for in February. I asked for my money back and the person on the phone said ok but it never was refunded. We found another provider a few days later and pulled the Blue Spring dish down and put it in the garage. They said not to turn the dish back till our phone number was ported to our new phone. We waited for weeks to get our number ported and asked for the pin we were never given that is required to port a phone number. They gave us several numbers but nothing worked. We waited clear into March 2022 before the number was ported and then Bam, we were billed again for the month of March and their dish was still in my garage. I complained and they finally refunded the March **** but only a tiny bit of the February **** and said it had been pro rated. What? I asked several times for a refund for February because of a mostly unusable signal but they refused to refund my money for about the first three weeks of February when our phone or internet was unusable. I feel I paid for a service we never received and were refused a fair refund. I would like to warn everyone thinking of signing up with Blue Spring Broadband to consider another provider, and also demand they come get the dish that same day and cancel at once and then demand a full refund up to that very day or risk paying for something you may not receive.

We enjoyed having these guys as a customer, but he lives in a location that was hit by strong localized-interference from a neighboring provider. We tried multiple times to rectify the situation, but when we could not resolve it we recommended another provider. We were the ones who offered a full refund for the month. He kept making excuses why he had not yet changed providers, and he had automatic billing turned on. When he finally changed providers nearly two months later we refunded the full month and we also refunded the pro-rated amount for the previous month, as we showed usage for the first 20-days of that month. Customer's Internet plan was $49.95/mo and we refunded exactly $99.64. Much of the VoIP taxes and fees cannot be refunded (due to FCC regulation) for the month that there was usage. After multiple times explaining this to the customer, he resorts to throwing a fit on the Internet in an attempt to tarnish our reputation. We were going to refund it anyway just to appease his problematic personality, but alas he has chosen this route instead. When we face an issue that cannot be resolved, we will always recommend another provider, as we have no interest in providing a problematic connection that only serves to frustrate the end-user.

After being told Blue spring Broadband would refund my payment for the month of Feburary twice for recieving no signal or phone and still have the voicemail on my phone saying that they would. I have now been told after dozens of calls and complaints and their changing of the facts in their last comments that because I done a bad review on them after all their delaying tactics the come right out and said I get no refund because I tried to stick up for myself by going to the BBB. If any of you folks out there are forced to use Blue Spring Broadband and are having trouble like me, please turn off auto pay. Please record all communications, and take speed tests and screen shots of those tests or other methods. Blue Spring will no text you because they know it leaves you with proof of their bad dealings. Help protect you friends and other consumers by going to the BBB and FCC and help to try and hold these predatory companies responsible. Good Luck!
