Wow. No words. I'm posting correspondence below with their ********** I could attach pictures so you could see the awful quality of this company. I highly recommend finding another hair extension brand to do business with!Me: I just received my extensions in the mail today. My tester strand matched so I opened them and they are AWFUL. So much breakage, frizz, and so stringy. These look like they were worn at least a year. I'm sending pictures of them. I'm also sending pics of my glam seamless tape in extensions I've had for over 6 months that are in better condition than these supposedly new extensions. I need a replacement (that has been quality checked to ensure they are in good condition) or refund asap as this is unacceptable. These cost more than any other extensions I've ever bought so to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Order number was ******. My name on the order is ***** M******. To kindly let you know, Luxy Hair extensions are made from single drawn hair. This is one of the most natural-looking types of extensions as it mimics your natural hair the best. Single drawn hair has a standard hair ratio where the hair contains a combination of varied hair lengths and does not undergo an additional sorting process to pick out shorter hairs. The hair is thick at the top and tapers off at the bottom, similar to how natural hair grows. I can assure you that there is no breakage here; these are actually strands in varied lengths intentionally placed to provide a natural look.As your set is not defective, I am not able to offer you an exchange or return. I apologize for the inconvenience!
