I have had nothing but issues with this daycare since they got a new director. every time I tell the director of something that's going on in the classroom the issue never gets addressed until I've had several conversations about the same issue until I have spoken to the teachers myself and then have to go her boss. since going to her boss things have still not made a difference that I actually had to go to the owner of the company. after constant back and forth with ****** about the neglecting care of the center from both the director and the teachers she came back and terminated my children and post-dated it back to a previous day. they literally left two working parents 3 days before the end of the month and on a Friday with no other option. the issues that I've been having is mainly how the teachers treat my daughter to the point that they have gotten rid of teachers because of how poorly they have been treating the kids and then they have actually even said teacher back having to talk to them about their behavior before giving them their job back and I am still having issues with that teacher being disrespectful to my kid yelling at her. my daughter has never had an accident at home since she's been potty trained but she has accidents at daycare 3 to 4 days a week. I watched her get yelled at to go to the bathroom and when I peed to my head and my daughter was in the process of sitting on the toilet already. and because I file a complaint they terminated my kids post-dated it and couldn't even give us a week to find care elsewhere. they have defended the poor actions of the director and the teachers and instead of improving the center they would rather kick the children out

Mom has had concerns and we have addressed each one of them. She has had concerns with every director we have had. She has had an unpaid balance with us since August that we have been trying to get caught up. We typically stop attendance for lack of payment but have instead worked with her on a payment plan. Even when she set the payment day, she has not made the payment and we have had to call to get the payment. Regarding the incident with a teacher raising her voice at her daughter, the restroom they use is right by the office so mom heard the teacher reminding her to go the restroom, but the teacher had to call from the classroom to the bathroom as they are not in the same room. Of course, by the time mom got to the restroom she was on the toilet. Her daughter does have accidents frequently. We have watched the camera footage which also has audio, we witnessed her daughter purposefully having an accident to get attention. In one recording, mom even says she thinks she is doing it for attention which we verified through footage. We have continued to try to work with her but she continues to be unhappy with our services with new concerns regularly. Group care is different than one on one care. We want her to be happy and we recognize we are unable to be that fit for her, so we asked her to find a center that she would be happy with.

When the teacher yelled at my daughter, I was about to open her classroom door and that's how I knew she was not in class, so they are lying and if they watch the cameras than you will notice that I am at her classroom and she is not being called out from her classroom. That is how I seen her so quickly and because at the 3's door you literally just need to turn around and it's right there, I seen hr pants already down and *************************** on the toilet, approximately 2 seconds later which isn't enough time for her to get hr pants down and in that position. The same teacher has in the past had a physical incident with my daughter and the district director stated that the teacher had to have a verbal conversation about how she is with the children and when I asked why she was allowed back if that conversation had to happen she said everyone deserves another chance, not when they've proven to be unfit. If you read what reviews I've left from parent surveys I suggest bringing ***** back in probably every single one of them and that is the only othr director there. I even reached out to her personally to go to her center that she moved to because of the incident with the teacher grabbing my daughter and mistreating her when my daughter was ganged up on and hit by 2 other kids and instead of separating them my daughter got grabbed and a rude comment "c'mon ******", instead of giving her comfort and love. As a concerned parent I tossed around ideas on what could be causing her accidents ad I did mention that amongst many other things so there taking my words and twisting them because she never has accidents at home. She started a new daycare and on her first day she had no accidents and slept for hours. I have had conversations with them about the teachers not loving the kids and not having help and support from the director. Many teachers and other admin staff have mentioned the personal relationship that ********* and ****** have so there concerns with the center get brushed away just like every concern I've brought up. The unethical thing however is when I tell them that the pediatrician recommended the cameras be reviewed and the termination email mentions how well the conversation went the day prior that I had with ********* the director about the Dr **** and I asked them to review the cameras, I get a termination email terminating my kids the day prior after its to late to have the state stop the payment. I get the email Friday late afternoon **** I can't even start looking for care until Monday. They could have morals and be a respectable company and given me till the end of February but they put us in a position that I could have lost my job, than when my husband called to get tax information ********* was very disrespectful and short on the phone which is uncalled for after kicking out kids out because they rehire unfit teachers. I've been addressing my kids accidents for months and never once did they mention hoe it was purely on purpose and they've had a long rime to realize that. My daughter's teacher ***** also told me how my 3 year would grab her own clothes and change herself with no help or supervision. ****** husband was also in the building in the very early hours before any other staff was there, some days and she would be sitting on the floor engaging with hr husband when there is ***** kids and the kids aren't being properly supervised. I've also watch them come out of a room alone with the lights when there are tons of kids and 1 teacher in the classroom when ***** is supposed to be with that teacher and not her husband.

Her response is as arrogant as she was to **** when he called for information following the email.

Not to mention, I was told that there was a tax form on procare and not even a hour after they sent the email I no longer had access. I was conveniently making my payments on the app. As far as late payments, they knew my husband had switched jobs hence why we changed the payment arrangement that was actually my idea. They emails I got trying to get tax information seemed disrespectful and they would only provide the tax number, it was like pulling teeth before they sent me the receipts from 2022. I also was told that if I fell behind on the payments that my kids couldn't go back and there was never a time they couldn't go. I kept them in the loop about my husbands change of employment and the change of the frequency of payments to accommodatey the agreement. Now they expect me to have to call them every week for a payment when they u ethically kicked my kids out and are treating us like c*** for it.

The teacher was in the restroom that yelled there was another teacher in the classroom. Everything they mentioned was either only partial, twisted words or just lies.
