    I had a very disappointing experience with AdvancedMD EMR. Before signing the contract, the sales representatives assured me that I would be able to automatically run monthly membership fees for the patients in my practicea critical feature for my business. However, after signing the contract, I discovered that no one at AdvancedMD seemed to know how to actually set this up. Instead, I was told I would have to manually process these fees every month, which is highly inefficient compared to my current EMR that handles this automatically.The customer service has been equally frustrating. When I email for assistance, I am told that someone will get back to me, but it often takes multiple follow-ups before I receive the information or help I need. The onboarding process has been painfully slow as well. I am supposed to go live with the system in a week, but training hasnt even started yet.Another major red flag is the mandatory year-long contract without any option to trial the system beforehand. Now, to exit this agreement, AdvancedMD wants me to pay for three months of a service that hasnt lived up to its promises.Overall, this experience has been marked by broken promises, poor customer service, and an inefficient system. I regret signing up with AdvancedMD and would not recommend it to other healthcare providers.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave the review. I have spoken with the sales *** and with the Implementation manager that is handling your account. While the *** states they did not promise you would be able to do monthly reoccurring charges I understand that is critical to your business model. As for the 12 month agreement someone from our team will be reaching out to you to discuss what options are available.
