The general manager had a terrible experience on January 9, 2024, with VKH Movers and felt the need to share it with others. The resident had reserved the elevator for early delivery, but the VKH Movers arrived several hours late, and one driver was extremely rude and aggressive towards the general manager. The movers arrived after the loading dock was closed for the day, which caused much inconvenience to the residents in the building because the move occurred against the building's delivery policy and left one elevator available for residents' use. The onsite manager tried to accommodate the resident by explaining the process since the staff that normally pad and lock down the elevator was gone for the day; one mover intervened and became rude and disrespectful to the general manager. Despite their slogan, 'Your Best Moving Solutions,' I strongly advise against using this company. They may be cheaper than other moving companies, but as we all know, going cheap often results in poor-quality service. Hey everyone, I wanted to add to my review. I recently found out that the mover who was rude to me owns VHK Movers. When I went to the loading dock to check on the status of the resident's move, the owner mentioned that he had read my review on Yelp and was very displeased with what I had written and threatened me, saying that I didn't know who I was messing with and that I would be sorry, and took a photo of me! So, Mr. Vlad K*******, Founder and CEO, since you are reading my updated review, I will report this threat to the police just in case something happens to me.
