Hello, I have been dealing with Mercedes in general for years. Honestly speaking the Mercedes of Alexandria has been the worst one I have visited it and it doesnt come close. First of all, no one ever answer the phone from the service department. I dropped off a car for service for one of my customer for a basic ********************** which should be maximum ******* dollars. So I gave them my customers number for payment when the service was done. I never asked to diagnose the car or anything just to complete the basic service, and call my customer for payment and call me for pick up. So what the service department did specifically ***** and ******* did was run a diagnosis on my car without anyones knowledge. Call my customer and recommend all these *********************** and other things that were wrong with the car and now my customer has spent upwards of ****** dollars instead of a basic 500 dollar service. I believe that ***** and ******* worked together on this to get as much money out of my client as possible. As I stated before I never told anyone to call my customer and recommend anything to him, only to call him for payment for the service that was requested. I believe this is completely unprofessional on both of their ends, and it was truly a money grab for someone. I also want to state that, the car was dropped off at the beginning of April,2024 and the car has still not deemed ready for pick up yet. So here we are on 05/03/24 and I still have not received information that the car is ready so I can finally ship this car out to my client who has been waiting over a month since he has purchased the car. Also, the attitude of ******* is completely unprofessional and is really hard to even get your message across without her interrupting you. ***** on the other hand is almost impossible to reach every time I call and they transfer me it rings and goes to voicemail. I havent been able to get in contact with ***** since we dropped the car off.
