Sent cancelation request for coverage in April of 2021 only way to cancel is through fax. I have been paying $40 a month since then without my knowledge and thought the coverage was canceled.Business response

Per *********'s request, we have terminated his life insurance coverage and immediately ceased his electronic funds transfer--he will receive a termination notice from MBA via USPS mail.
We do not show a record of contact from ****************** or previous requests to terminate coverage, which we would have been happy to perform anytime. MBA members can communicate with us via phone, email, or their on-line accounts. Were thankful for **. *******’s service and stand ready to serve him for any future needs.
