MY NIGHTMARE: I got my car I did it with them and they were "very nice". I was not satisfied with my purchase for many reasons and I asked them to help me to sell the car so I can pay the bank and get a better car, they "kindly" accepted. I left the car there, ends of May, and later on I received a traffict Tickect on my house. Which means someone was driving my car. I went there and they say it was a "possible buyer" and I believed them. However, I took my car with me, but something seems off so the same day I took my car to my mechanic and he realized they have put 4, 973 miles on it, they broke the hand holder, the place where you place the sunglasses, and it has a huge BUMP in the back, and what is even worse the car transmission was totally damage. I went back immediately and they did not want to take responsibility, after a long argument they decided to cover the damages. I Left my car there and after 15 days they did not anything (we had another argument) so they told me we need to pay everything half/half so I accepted the deal, and after another month they called me that the car was ready I picked it up, took it to my personal mechanic to find out they did not fix anything. Now they do not answer my calls and they text me they wont fix anything because they "run out of business and there is new people there" which is not true!

I didn’t want to give them one Star this is the most Jenkee ass dealership I ever worked with I traded my 2012 Ford explore for this 2015 GMC Arcadia that has a transmission problem and they’re trying to tell me they can’t return my truck because they don’t have a return policy as soon as I drove this truck for the first day Feb 25. I asked him (Shaun)to return it he told me they don’t have a return policy but just paid my truck off March 10 at the After been asking for them to return it. It failed inspection they Replace the lower control arms the tire sensor light is still on worst auto mechanic dealership place ever do not waste your time or your money they’re all crooks

I purchased a 2008 Ford Expedition Limited from Chantilly Auto Group on July 10, 2021. However, they failed to register the vehicle in my name until October 22, 2021 (3 month warranty period ended on October 10, 2021). By doing so, I could not have the vehicle inspected (must be registered in my name for a Ford inspection) or issues fixed within the 3 month/3,000 mi warranty period. In an attempt to avoid a Civil Lawsuit and/ Complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Chantilly Auto Group, I attempted to contact them on several occasions via phone, text and email. This Dealership Failed to meet the conditions of the “We Owe” Vehicle Checklist and the Inspection Information was Falsified. Therefore, I filed a Civil Lawsuit against Vinny S**** & Chantilly Auto Group on December 20, 2021. The Hearing was held on January 24, 2022. However, Vinny S**** & Chantilly Auto Group Failed to Appear. I filled another Civil Lawsuit against Chantilly Auto Group on January 24, 2022. “WARRANT IN DEBT” documents were sent to both Chantilly Auto Group and their Registered Agent-Barinder S**** on February 1, 2022. The Deputy Sheriff attempted to serve Chantilly Auto Group on February 8th and February 10th of 2022. The Hearing will be held on Wednesday March 2, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Chantilly Auto Group is being Sued for Falsifying Inspection Information and Failing to: 1) Meet the conditions of the “We-Owe” Vehicle Checklist for Inspection and Inspection Sticker. 2) Repair Issues for Emissions & State Inspections (Exhaust System, Muffler has a large rust hole also missing bolt, Exhaust Manifold needs to be replaced-both sides, gaskets and bolts, Exhaust Tailpipe needs to be replaced, Diag Oil Leak, needs a Battery Tray Hold Down and it’s missing a Bolt). It will cost $6,400.32 in repairs just to pass State and Emissions Inspections. 3) Register the Vehicle in the Plaintiff’s name within the 3 months/3,000 mi Limited Warranty Period for Repairs.
