    I regret having to leave a negative review (0/5), but my experience with Mr. ****** has been extremely disappointing and unpleasant. Initially, he seemed thoughtful and kind, but that quickly changed. His pricing increased three times without proper justification, citing rising material costs each time. He requested payment upfront for materials but never provided the materials or made any real attempts to begin the work. Additionally, he asked for further payment for labor before any work had even begun. There were extended periods when Mr. ****** was unresponsive, at one point claiming he was at **** with his child. His wife later confirmed that this was untrue, and she was unaware he had made such a claim. When I requested a refund or materials with a receipt after he lied about meeting me to purchase more materials at a local Lowes, Mr. ****** again misled his wife, claiming she did not want me to retrieve the materials from their home—something she also confirmed was false. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I received no satisfactory response, and Mr. Willis refused to provide a valid receipt for the materials. The only receipt he provided was handwritten by him with incorrect information. We are now out a significant amount of money, with no services rendered and no materials to show for the payments made. I confirmed with the commissioner of revenue that Designer Restorations is not a licensed business and there is no business license at all for Mr. *******
