On 07/31/2024 I reported that water was coursing in around the edge of an 8 foot window installed in my bedroom - as it turns out, the vendor hired (in the last 2 years) never insulated it. The 'solution' devised by RPMP was to re-seal the window from the outside edges again, which given the previous significant failure was a horrible idea, and I urged them to insulate or otherwise remedy the issue. They did not listen - and sure enough, the seal failed on 08/09/2024, when I was sick with Covid and had to remediate the coursing leak myself. Repairs were delayed for many days and they again repeated the same method of repair with a different vendor. I requested towels in the event it failed again and was denied any assistance in this vein, and was told I needed to keep using my clean laundry to mop up the water or I could potentially 'be in breach' of my lease. As of 09/21/2024, it failed again. The water that flows in through the window frame flows freely onto an electrical outlet and only mount for my internet in the entire apartment - I have shocked myself removing it multiple times upon discovering each leak and cannot work when it is unplugged.An additional mold issue from this leak is causing the adjacent wall to crumble onto the floor and despite sending photographs of mold growth, I was initially told 'there is no mold' and that the request would be closed. Only upon my push back was another vendor sent out who immediately observed that there was mold present.Additional failures : a polyurethane floor was installed above my unit this weekend with no warning there would be significant noise or that my unit would be overwhelmed with toxic fumes - my visiting mom with COPD had to leave the home. The vendors did not close the vents upstairs and needed to be reminded the following day when applying the second coat - by myself - as there had been no communication from RPMP to that effect despite their **************_away from this management company.
