Three weeks after I had been on the phone with their office to validate the information for the wire transfer of the earnest deposit they called to tell me they had lost track of it... I had to wait for 3 hours that day while they had lost $10k of our money before they called back to nonchalantly tell me they had "found it on their end," .Then they completely butchered the paperwork prior to our closing, and it all came to a head the afternoon of closing when we had driven 10 hours over 3 states to do final walkthrough, had been allowed to move in some belongings, and were given the keys prior to signing the (butchered) paperwork in their office that afternoon. When faced with the reality of the situation and the whole deal falling through on the last possible day, they told us they would doctor the paperwork to try to hide their mistake, which they blamed on the mortgage company without further explanation. Then the day after closing when we were thrilled about 14 hours after closing when the final deposit wire transfer they claimed had not yet hit their account. Even though in their office the day before they had repeatedly stated it typically takes minimum 24 hours for the wire transfer to be hit their account when I asked them to verify they had received it, they instead blew up my life with inflammatory correspondence 10-12 hours prior to their proclaimed "normal processing time" was even reached making empty threats they would take back the residency, et. Zero apologies from ****** who had been downright hateful, unprofessional, and corrupt throughout the entire process, just a simple "The deposit was just received." Every step of the way they displayed incompetent arrogance and I would suggest everyone save their own money, time, and stress and use a different title company until this one runs themselves out of business which has to be forthcoming considering their shady business practices.

We certainly recall things differently from that day when you closed back in May of 2022; however, I won't post the details of our interactions here publicly out of respect for all parties involved and our goal is always customer satisfaction. This is the first negative feedback we've gotten so I take it very seriously. I would love to speak with you at length about this as there are many things mentioned in this narrative that do not coincide with what I personally witnessed that day.
