    Do not use them!! Had them redo a bathroom that was supposed to take less than 7 days and took 3 weeks. They never showed up before 11 am and would take a 2 hour lunch break or never come back. They were gone most days by 4. The tiles were put up wrong with spots sticking out further than the other and nothing was lined up right. They had to take it all down to redo it and they were going to not do the accent tile and just not tell us. The tiles are still messed up nothing is lined correctly. They painted the walls before they were sanded and fixed so they're all messed up. The tub floor is not put in right. The shower head fell off the wall and when we had someone go in to fix it there were leaks from multiple places. The bath tub and tiles will have to be taken down to do a permanent fix. The shower door that we paid for was not installed right either. They messed up all the carpet in the hall way. He brought his kids 6 and under multiple times we played with them while he was working. He installed the air vent and has it vented going under the house when it should be vented through the roof. Left boards with nails laying outback and we have 3 dogs.

    Lots of lies in this report to justify this customer ripping me off and not paying in the end when I have proof that they posted pictures on ******** saying they loved their new bathroom with smiley face emojis on the post. Plenty of people and friends commented on the same post too saying that they loved it, as well as others I've done work for before. Customer was very nit-picky and caused lots of problems and stress for us as contractors while the job was ongoing, almost as if they had planned it at the start that this is what they were going to do. At the beginning I had informed you that it would take AT LEAST 5-7 days as there are processes with remodeling an entire bathroom that takes time, the condition your bathroom was currently in, and you had large 12x24 tiles that needed a lot of mortar which takes time to dry yet you were rushing me the entire way. Then there was an issue with the door that YOU had purchased to where it got broke during delivery and delayed the project some for you to order another door. You didn't like the way the back wall was and asked for us to remove the entire wall after the tile went up, and we did to satisfy you even though we weren't finished, and you were looking at an unfinished product, and you could have said something sooner but didn't until we were close to done and it was dried adding more time to reach the end goal. We were there every day, even on Saturday and Sunday with no days off until we got this bathroom finished, sometimes staying until 8-9 at night to do what needs to be done while you kept on asking how much longer. Cutting tiles in rain with flashlights, bringing my kids over that you said was fine to do until you write this post, doing what's necessary to get the job done and making sure you were happy in the end which took 2 weeks ultimately, not 3. You even complimented me on my ingenuity and how smart some of my decisions were. You also had me go to the store with you and help you pick out everything that is in that bathroom. I basically designed that bathroom for you because you had no idea what you wanted, you just wanted something new, so we all went shopping together with my kids which took an entire day to do in itself. I offered lots and lots of sound advice, which you had taken because I know what I'm talking about, which is why you went with my advice, initially loved the bathroom and posted pictures of it bragging, until it came down for final payment, then you delete me off of ********* The bathroom in question is not square by any means, floor sinks to the middle which would require either jacking up the house in the center and bringing everything back level or replacing the joists and entire subfloor in the bathroom as well as reframing the walls to make at least one room in the house square which the homeowner was not willing to do. The rest of the post is filled with lies as I would never leave boards with nails in it sticking out, especially when the project is at a home were people are living there and has animals, the tiles looked good which is why they and all their friends liked it, the accent tiles went up so not sure what they're talking about there, walls were sanded, it's a shower floor not a tub floor and it's installed correctly with the level of the floor that's in the bathroom and so is the shower door that you had complimented me on. The carpet was not a factor because after this we were supposed to do the flooring throughout the house next and never once was this an issue and is not "messed up", maybe a little dirty but never left that way. We even did a final walkthrough of everything once all was said and done just like I do with every job to make sure the client is happy with my work, which you told me that you were, and the smiles on your faces said the same thing. Out of 12 years of being in business, I have never ONCE had any issues like this. The majority of the work I get is by word-of-mouth referrals. If I did crappy work, then I wouldn't be able to maintain my business. All of this I believe is only done to justify their conscious for not paying me and taking money away from me and my kids they were playing with. My son even bought them something with his own money because it looked like their dogs, and he wanted to get it for them. Truly despicable, two-faced people!
