I purchased a Nissan yesterday; I decide to return it today because they also have an upcharge of 699.00 on some sort of treatment on the car that they do not mention to you until you are about to sign the contract. Supposedly they had already done it so I had to accept it. You know like the extra groceries they charge you for at the store and you have to buy them because they already put them in the bag, or the when the plumber charged you for a new toilet though you only wanted it un-clogged but he already installed it, oh and it happens to be one them Japanese high tech toilets so it's thousands extra. But wait Gunter Automotive doesn't have a cool off period, and yes this it is in the contract so if you change your mind, suddenly they ain’t so friendly no more. You are out of luck. Every other dealership I have ever dealt with has a return policy. And NO Gunter does NOT point this out. So, I am just saying that, that is their policy I am sure most people will love to find this out. Here is the other great thing about Gunter. Their interest rates are the same even if the term period is shorter. All other finance companies will give you a lower interest rate for a shorter term (that is how long it will take to pay for the car) for those who may not know. Come to find out that they also assign your contract (basically sell it to another lender) and yet they may keep part of the intertest collected. How convenient. And yes that is right on the contract.

    1. The first place finish product is applied to all cars and listed on the bill of sale and contract which you signed sir. 2. As far as the groceries metaphor; remember you always have the ability to not go through with the purchase; especially when you've had the opportunity to review the figures with the sales manager as well as the finance manager. 3. As far as a NO cooling off period; its clearly listed on ALL LAW contracts at any dealership sir. This is the document we showed you as well as the document you signed knowingly without any coercion. 4. As far as interest rates: we aren't a bank so we connect our customers with the banks and they provide us the information that we pass on to you. We would also take certified funds from your bank of choice if you would have done that. 5. On the law contract that you signed it allows us to assign the bank that we presented the rate from...I'll assume that this isn't you first purchase as well as assume that we did the same thing as the other places you've purchased a vehicle from. In closing, your wife came to the dealership, we went to your home and you had questions which prompted you to come into the dealership to review paperwork. All your questions were answered and you then gave the dealership a cashiers check and signed off on all the paperwork. So we are confused at your complaint especially when you all purchased a Nissan Rogue with a 3rd row sheet which is a highly rare vehicle at a time where dealerships are charging more than retail value for used cars at the moment. The hardest part in realizing you have an amazing deal is realizing it.
