            When I came in to use this gym as a guest I was encouraged to sign up by providing my Credit Card I never signed any Contract nor was I ever Given any contract upon trying to Freeze my account they said after one year they will give me a discounted 50% off I never called them back to Unfreeze from March until August now they are stating I needed to call in to tell them that i needed to extend that freeze when they did not even freeze back in March as i still paid. I told them to cancel my membership they said they can't it is a one year signed contract. I told them i never signed any contracts i was never given any contract. They have been taking full payment from March to July. I called and asked them to cancel my membership they slammed a contract that i have never seen nor signed it DOES NOT have my signature as if someone put a line through the signature area How can i take them to court and get my Money back as i am refusing to pay them a penny more. They do not freeze your account when i was told from Day 1 that anytime i want to freeze my account i would not be paying for the month or months i freeze. This is totally a scam job they are running!
