            I had issues with the owner, ***.I had my hair cut by her curly hair stylist 3 times and all were disappointing. The first cut was sub-par at best, the second was longer on one side and had to be recut and my third cut is the worst.When I presented her with photos of my last haircut, which the stylist managed to botch again, with an explanation I was done trying her salon, needed to get my hair cut somewhere else to fix it, and asked for a refund she told me I was "stretching the truth" and only offered me the "kind" solution to have the same girl recut my hair and refused to issue a refund for the bad haircut.For $105.00 per haircut I expected the stylist to know what she was doing and not need to practice and go back in on multiple haircuts until she could get it right. I experienced mismatched lengths by inches, slanted layers that didn't reflect on both sides (and weren't asked for), and chunky layers because the stylist doesn't blend them right. The owner is misrepresenting the skill of her stylist and blamed me, the customer, when I was unsatisfied and upset with my cut. She made no attempt to make it right and stuck me with a bad haircut I spent $115.00 on.
