            Our master bathroom remodel is not finished, there is a missing window and *********************** is not contactable, does not answer to texts, voicemail, email. We have erroneously paid the full amount and were promised the window will be installed in May, some of the work finished was supposed to be corrected and some went unfinished, cosmetic issues, but most importantly a missing window.

            I needed a new roof on a commercial building - no small undertaking - and New World Builders was so wonderful to work with during the process. They are responsive, on time, up front, respectful and understanding. They took care of everything required for the roof, and had it replaced quickly. They kept me informed of everything they did. Recently I called them for an urgent check on the roof and they, without hesitation, went out the next day and took care of every detail that I was concerned about about and even those I did not mention. They always get back to me quickly and are so helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. Knowing they are there to help with the roof should I need it is peace of mind and I am so grateful to have found such an upstanding company.
