We have lived her for 8 years. Had a dog here for four. I received an unprofessional text message from the manager accusing me of breaking several rules and probably a law.Hello! I am reaching out with a concern I have regarding your pets. When the dogs are let outside to potty, they're urinating on the walkway. Other tenants have to clean up after them before entering their home. Do you go outside with the dogs, or do you let them out and they return when done? ****** ********* Community ManagerShe asks if I break the rules this way or that way! Neither! The dog is never taken outside off leash.Two days later there is a ring camera pointing right into my home. I called the manager and she said her employeess behavior was acceptable and that the camera is pointing down the stairs.That accusation is embarrassing and unfounded. The only piece of data they are going on is that we own a husky. Also the husky that was reported is not the same color as our dog. The manager said the camera would be pointing down the stairs. I received an email of it pointing right at my door. It had a black box over it to show they masked our door. Whats to stop that person from changing that? It also still sends the actual footage and Audio to ****** where it lives on their back end. This camera is violating our rights to comfort and privacy as mentioned in the lease. We have a ten year old and what if my husband comes home unexpectedly and she is coming down the hall way and that camera gets her without a shirt on?Now we have to live in fear of our privacy being invaded every time we open our door and we didnt even break a rule. They refuse to even apologize for their accusations.Guilty until proven innocent apparently, they didnt even verify that my dog fit the description first! Additionally any time I leave my home Im going to be watched and feel shame that these people think we would behave so irresponsibly.
