    This company continues to surprise me with its responsiveness. Initial fit was checked by the company by sending it photos of my boy in the cart. Several interactions like this ensured optimal set up. When I wanted to add a rear leg support that would simplify placement in the cart based on my dog's specific disability and needs, the part was sent without charge, and, despite my offer to pay for express shipping due to my schedule, the express shipping was at their expense. They also included a leg spacer they suggested would improve fit based on my latest photos of the boy, even though I had no complaints and had not mentioned this in the communication re the support request.This company is outstanding in its customer service and responsiveness. The complaint on this site about bad fit appears to arise from an expectation that the product will immediately meet all requirements, when this kind of product requires, if needed, some interaction and feedback. This arises from the mail order nature of the product. For some people, a custom fitting at an in-person facility is probably more appropriate. And more expensive.

We also are happy to work with each client in the case where an additional custom part or additional accessory might be needed. As you stated in your review, building custom wheelchairs can take a little back and forth with our clients to ensure everything is correctly fit and adjusted. No two pets are alike and we are making a medical rehabilitation device specifically for your pet.
