            My house needed some attention in the basement crawl space because of rodent intrusion. After some online research and some unsatisfactory experience with a prior well-known company, I finally called upon Northwest Crawl Space. ******* was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. We scheduled an inspection and Matan provided me a scope of work and estimate right up front. What I appreciated was his straight forward approach to fixing all of the problems and not being a hard sell on services. I was able to pick and choose what my priorities were based on my budget.He also has a great, hard working team on board! I was so impressed with the amount of care and attention to detail that they provided. None of the tasks they did were easy or fun and yet they got in there and tackled each one with tenacity.What I appreciated most was when they reached out to schedule the follow up inspection. Together, we looked over the work and he made sure that all was done to our agreed upon understanding. I would highly recommend Northwest Crawl Space!
