            On August 7, 2018, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery issues and customer service issues.  Consumers allege that they placed orders on the company’s website and never received the items.  Consumers claim that they receive a shipping notice from the business, however, USPS tracking shows the package in pre-shipment status for weeks or months. To date, the company has not responded to complaints filed with BBB.

            On 8/2/2024 I ordered an ultimate bundle. On 8/9 it was marked as Shipped with no tracking number attached. I reached out to them asking for a tracking number and **** stated that that was odd and she would look into that for me. I did not get a response after that. On 8/23 I reached out again and asked for a tracking number for the order that was never received. She then attached a tracking number from a previous order that was already delivered to the missing order. I pointed out this error and she said she would ship out a replacement and provide a new tracking number. That has not happened and they will no longer respond to my messages or emails.

            After placing an order on Feb 19 then receiving tracking feb 20 saying preshipment since Feb 21st. Sent an email asking for shipping times normally and got no response on feb 27th . Used the text option on March 2nd and got a prompt response of "We typically ship within 2-3 business days, and then 5-7 business days in transit. " when I inquired about my specific order I got "It does look like it's stuck. I'll get a replacement out to you today! " Being frustrated with the service I said don't worry about it and cancel the order. Since then the order has not been shipped or cancelled. Contacted them today and got no response.
