North Creek does a top-notch job. We've had them out for minor roof repairs a couple of times over the past 20 years, but this year we had to replace the entire roof. I appreciated their no-pressure bid and honest assessment of my roof. (For example, the estimator told me I probably had a year or two left of the roof. No scare tactics that it would likely leak the next time we had a storm. I only chose to do it now because we're getting solar panels this year and it would be unwise to put them on a roof at the end of its life. It costs several thousand dollars to have the panels removed and then reinstalled if you have to replace the roof!) The team showed up at the specified time on the specified day and got right to work. They were polite and professional and worked SO hard. 12 hours the first day; 14 the next! A few details had to be completed the 3rd day, and then their in-house inspector came to make sure everything was ok. I was so impressed. And every night before they left, they carefully cleaned up all the debris. And there was a lot! I would definitely recommend them. In fact, I have over the years. In the past 2 years, at least 3 other neighbors have used them to replace their roofs. ALL told me they were happy with the results.
