*********************** with Cambridge Electric LLC is not someone I would recommend to do business with. We used him to purchase and install a ******* generator. The entire process took six months from start to finish. Ordered in April 2022, it was finally installed on August 24, 2022. There were many issues with his instillation. The conduit was separating; the hooks on our wall were coming off and it was crooked. On September 7, 2022, ***** called me. He insisted that I needed to pay the balance or he would need to charge me a high interest rate. I told him that I would not have a problem paying him the balance when everything was approved by the county. He insisted that the contract said differently. I told him again that I could not pay him in good faith until I knew things were safe and the final inspection was approved. ***** got very short with me and told me he would then put a lien against my house. I told him to go ahead and do that but I was not paying him the balance until everything was approved by ****** ****** and was safe. He was very threatening with putting a lien on our house and told me to read the contract. I sent my attorney what I had signed and it was basically the proposal from *******. Included in the document that I had signed, was that ***** was responsible for final inspection. It took four different trips back to our house making adjustments requested by the county to pass the final inspection which was completed on October 20, 2022. The completion and final approval was more than eight weeks after the generator was installed and six weeks after he had threatened to put a lien on our house. This delay in getting the final approval by ****** ****** was due to his incompetence.In addition to working under the names of *** ******** and ****** ********, he also has two LLCs in the *******************, Cambridge Electric LLC and ******* ******* ***.
